I Tatarstan, under en nationell helgdag - Sabantui - en plötslig vindby orkan vände uppblåsbar studsmatta med barnen, och knackade på stall pensionären. Tre personer skadades. I Urussinskaya centralsjukhus transporterades med ambulans fick blåmärken och skrubbsår två barn och en 85-årig kvinna. Barn släppte snabbt, och kvinnan som hölls på sjukhuset ett tag tills hennes tillstånd är inte stabilt.
