During training to become a fighter pilot in the Swedish Air Force this is your view, the aircraft, a SAAB 105, the tool of your trade. The clip shows some of the excersises flown during the second year at the Flying Training School, the basic tactical training, abbreviated GTU. The clip is not an official Swedish Armed Forces publication, but something I made to offer brief look at what our days are like. That, and just for the fun of it.

Kunaev Boulevard, Shymkent, Kazakhstan, November 21, 2011 (cam date incorrect) - 17-years old girl was run over on a crosswalk. According to the witnesses behind the wheel of the Audi 80 was a drunken police officer, who tried to flee the scene, but was followed and arrested by a BMW driver. Since the accident the officer has denied any blame, claiming the girl was crossing the road in the wrong place. Sure looked like a crosswalk to me... The girl died in the hospital despite several operations to save her life. RIP
