This dessert is incredibly good and is actually very simple to make with this recipe. If you have no vanilla bean can also use vanilla sugar, it becomes even easier. Wonderful dessert with lyxkänsla as yet is simple to make with this recipe. Time: 15 min 2 hours to solidify 4-6 servings ingredients: 5 ml whipping cream 1 piece vanilla bean or 1 teaspoon vanilla 0.5 dl sugar 3 leaves of gelatine garnish: seasonal berries or fruit To do this: Place gelatine leaves in water. Cut a slit in the vanilla pod and scrape out the seeds. Place the seeds and vanilla pod in a saucepan. Pour in whipping cream and add the sugar. Bring to a boil. Stir and let simmer for 1-2 minutes. Remove from the heat, important! (it will not boil when you add the gelatin sheets because then it insirt itself.) Add gelatine leaves and stir so that they dissolve. Strain the vanilla pod. Pour into serving glasses and place in refrigerator at least 2 hours so that it solidifies. Sprinkle with (thawed) berries or fruit. Serve.

Chivas 0-3 Real Madrid. Ronaldo scores a sensational hat-trick Real Madrid is still warming up, but from what we could watch over the last days, José Mourinho's men are already in great shape. Cristiano Ronaldo left his mark in last night match, scoring an impressive hat-trick, which allowed Real Madrid to beat Chivas Guadalajara by 3-0. Real Madrid added a second win to their pre-season record, after beating Chivas Guadalajara by 3-0, last night in San Diego. Man of the match was without any doubts Cristiano Ronaldo, who scored an hat-trick and already has 4 goals in 2 matches in this 2011-2012 pre-season tour. However, the game wasn't that easy as the final score could imply or suggest. The Mexican side was definately a tougher nut to crack, when compared to the previous Real Madrid opponent, L.A. Galaxy. Chivas presented a very high competitive aggressiveness, a bit unusual to see in friendly matches, putting Real Madrid against the ropes in a few moments of the game. Another pleasant surprise from last night match was Fábio Coentrão's great performance as center midfielder. The Portuguese player replaced Xabi Alonso, who was said to be a starter in this match, but ended up by complaining about pains on his back and decided not to risk his condition. Fábio Coentrão is showing the Spanish press how versatile he is, and how good of an investment he'll end up being, even with the price tag of 30 million euros. The Portuguese player plays at his best as a left-back, but he also fits very well when playing as a winger and more recently as a center midfielder, giving a different dynamic to the team when he gets the ball on his feet. Cristiano Ronaldo commented about the newcomers in Real Madrid and confessed how impressed he is so far.Cristiano Ronaldo: "The rookies are really surprising me. They are working tremendously well." CR7 scored his hat-trick in only 10 minutes during the second half, but that wasn't enough to impress the Portuguese star. "Three goals in 10 minutes? That's ok... But we have to keep working in order to be well prepared for the beginning of the season. This game has proved to be a good test and I'm happy because we won it.", said Ronaldo, moments after the game against Chivas.

L.A. Galaxy Vs Real Madrid (1-4) All Goals Match Highlights 16/07/2011 Friendly Match We can just start by saying this Real Madrid team for 2011-2012 promises a lot for the "Madridismo", after an easy win by 1-4 against L.A. Galaxy. In a match facing an American side who are already in an advanced stage of their season, Real Madrid decided to deliver a great performance to all the fans that showed up in Los Angeles, United States. In the first half, it's only fair to emphasize how good Kaká looked driving several of his team's attacks, as well as the debutants Fábio Coentrão and Callejón, who also showed some great skills. Cristiano Ronaldo started warming up close to the end of the first half and he would also leave his mark right on the beginning of the second period. Looking back at the match, the halftime arrived and Real Madrid left no chance for L.A. Galaxy to dispute the match. José Mourinho rotated almost the entire team, allowing Cristiano Ronaldo to enter and present their fans with a great performance. CR7 is still far from his ideal physical condition, but nevertheless, Ronaldo had a few good appointments and runs towards L.A. Galaxy defense. In the 53th minute, the Portuguese dribbled 3 defenders and finished with a powerful left footed strike. Great goal and a tremendous ovation from the Los Angeles Memorial Colliseum stadium. There was still time for a Benzema goal making it 0-4, after being assisted by Real Madrid's new signing, Fábio Coentrão. L.A. Galaxy struggled a bit throughout the entire game but also managed to score their goal of honor close to the end, putting the final score in a 1-4 defeat for the home team.Real Madrid next game in the United States pre-season campaign is on the 21st of July (European Time), against the strong Mexican team, Chivas Guadalajara in San Diego. Once again, José Mourinho is expected to rotate the team and Cristiano Ronaldo might start either the first or the second half
