We sure take things to granted to often ! life can change so quick Dedicated To Chris Medina & juliana ramos NO COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT INTENDED Medina, who proposed to fiancee Juliana Ramos in 2009 at the Starbucks where she worked, has since had to put the wedding plans on hold. In October 2009, just two months before the wedding was to take place, she was in a devastating car accident that left her in a wheelchair with serious brain damage. Most Inspiring/Beautiful, Medina's unquestioning commitment to his fiancee: "What kind of guy would I be if I walked out when she needed me the most?"
